Return policies and refunds
It is a 30-day policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.
There are a number of products that are not returnable.
Perishable products, including flowers, hash, Edibles, and extracts like Cannabis Concentrates, are among them.
By ordering from us, you acknowledge that returns are processed at our discretion and will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.
Please give us one working day after we receive your return so we can check the items to make sure they are fit for resale.
We need your five-digit order number as evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Kindly refrain from returning your product to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if any)
We will email you to confirm that your returned item has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
Within seven business days of your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Refunds that are missing or delayed (if applicable)
Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet.
It can take some time for your refund to appear in your bank account, so get in touch with your credit card company.
Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund appears in your account, there is frequently some processing time.

Items for sale (if needed)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sadly, sale items are not eligible.
Exchanges (if necessary)
Items are only replaced when they are broken or faulty. Send us an email at sales@realthcvapes.co.uk if you need to exchange it for an identical item, and we’ll provide a return address.
Shipment
When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping expenses. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to get to you may vary depending on where you reside.
