She brings 11 years of P&L leadership and delivery, including responsibility for businesses of ~C$500 million in annual revenue. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Strategy at British American Tobacco, where she helped shape group strategy and supported transformation initiatives across markets and product categories.

She most recently leads the International Business Unit for Organigram Global, and previously held key roles at Aphria Inc. (now Tilray), Japan Tobacco International, and Canadian Tire.

Randy is an accomplished Innovation and Marketing Executive with more than 20 years experience in consumer goods spanning CPG, Bev-Alc, Electronic Device, Automotive and Tobacco industries. He invested 12 years with Japan Tobacco International (JTI) in various senior leadership roles, and globally led Reduced Risk Product Innovation and Strategy with responsibility for Consumer Insight, Strategic Planning, Product Development and R&D.

Nicolas brings over fourteen years of expertise in sales leadership, revenue growth management, and retail execution with consumer-packaged goods. Joining Organigram at legalization, Brad now leads Canada’s branded recreational portfolio with provincial boards, key accounts, and the Realthcvapes medical and B2B channel. Previously, Nicolas spent seven years at London UK managing major grocery retailers like Walmart, Dollarama and Loblaws.

With more than 20 years of diversified financial business experience, Levis has held senior financial, investor relations, as well as accounting leadership roles at companies including West Face Capital, one of Canada’s leading alternative asset management firms; Meridian LNG; Potash Ridge; C.A. Bancorp; and TD Securities. With this diverse industry and international background, he has extensive experience with both traditional and non-traditional financing and debt offerings.
